- TESTED VVT SOLENOIDS AND THEN REMOVED THE VALVE COVER TO INSPECT TIMING CHAIN AND GUIDES. WE FOUND THAT THE TIMING CHAIN HAD JUMPED TIMING AND CAUSED THE INTAKE VALVES TO COME IN CONTACT WITH THE PISTONS. THIS CAUSED THE INTAKE ROCKER ARMS TO COME OFF AND BRAKE.
